Hello, I'm helping my landlord find a new tenant, as I'm moving out on June 12th. The accommodation is in Mariehem, specifically, a 5-minute walk from the Mariebergskollan bus station. The accommodation is a fully furnished shared villa with three other people. You’d have your own 18 m² room, and the house includes amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, sauna, and dryer. The rent is 6500 SEK per month. The rent includes electricity, internet, heating, laundry, detergent, cleaning products, and the like. There is a three-month notice period, and a one-month deposit is paid in connection with the first rent.
