A fully furnished room for rent in my house for long term for female tenant (preferably). The house is located at the northern edge of Lund and has a large garden and terrace. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, perfect for walking and cycling. Walking distance till bus stop (line 4 and 5), train and grocery store. Parking space available. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen, guest toilet, large living room and a hall with a fireplace. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms (one belongs to me), spacious and bright hall and bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Washing machine is in the basement. Smoking is not allowed in the house. The rent is 5200 SEK/month. Electricity, heating and internet are included in the rent.
