LOOKING FOR ROOM MATE IN LANDSKRONA 15-20 MINUTES FROM LUND The apartment is located in Landskrona (near the beach!!) which is about 15-20 minutes from Lund by train. You would be living with me and my cute lady cat (see the pictures). A bit about the apartment: we would be splitting the rent of 10500 SEK and we pay 300 SEK for electricity (depending on how much we use) and 299 SEK for WiFi. We would both have our own bedroom of course and share a kitchen, bathroom and living room space together. The place comes with the furniture in the images. There is a shared garden and laundry space downstairs. A bit about myself: I am a Dutch girly and coming to Lund to finish my master's degree in Astronomy. I will be doing one year of research at the university in Lund. I love sports (I will probably join a sports team), animals, cooking, reading, going on adventures with my friends and I want to learn all about Sweden!! What I am looking for in a room mate: (1) a friend!: somebody I click with and that wants to spend some time together (2) somebody that likes cats. (3) somebody that doesn't have pets themselves since I am not sure how they would get along with my cat And thats it haha. It would be a bonus if you are spending some time here in summer as well since I would be moving in in July :) A friend of mine that lives in Lund has visited the place for me and she thinks it looks lovely! I could share some more videos and photos she made if you are interested.
