It is a cozy furnished apartment with a huge design sofa, 2 armchairs and a double (180 x 200 cm) bed. Unfurnished option can also be solved. The internet and Wi-Fi is quick (100/100 Mb) and reliable, suitable for work from home. A 40" HD TV with HD channels and a fully equipped kitchen is included. The new security door, nice neighbors and a well functioning house association guarantees safety and stress free stay. Washing machine is available in the apartment and the house's bookable washing room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There is a football field and playground next to the house and an utegym in walking distance. The sauna can be exclusively booked for 50 kr. Parking place is bookable and paid separately. All costs (heating, water, internet and TV) are included in the monthly fee besides the electricity costs.
