Student accommodation Hammarby Sjöstad (Embla SSSB) June-August Hello, I will be renting out my apartment with sssb this summer (June 3rd-August 18, dates are flexible but around 2.5 months). The area is wonderful, just by the water, close to nature and approx 15 min to T-centralen. In order to be eligible according to sssb you have to fulfill the following requirements: Your subletting tenant studies/intend to study at least 15 credits or equivalent per semester at a SSCO-affiliated school. Your subletting tenant has a registered Student Union membership on My pages (at the start of the semester we accept letters of acceptance). Rent: 7100 kr/month mostly to cover my own expenses. The apartment is furnished, and electricity, warm water, internet etc is included.
