Renting a 61 sqm 3-rooms apartment. Apartment includes 2 bedrooms with a 12 sqm main room including a double bed (160 cm) and a 7 sqm room including a single bed (90 cm). Apartment is fully furnished including living room, kitchen, balcony and toilet with a bathtub. Apartment is equipped with TV, Refrigerator, Baking Oven, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Induction Hob (for cooking), Washing Machine and Tumbler. You can access building's common patio with a nice sitting and grill. Bike storage is also present. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity and Hot Water are not included in the rent and would as per actual. However, we can include both with an extra cost. Apartment is going to be rented for short-term from 2026-06-01 to 2026-08-31, with a possibility of extension. Viewing is possible. Renting the apartment as I am travelling for 3 months during the summers.
