Briefly about my place: I am renting out a room in my 4 room apartment in Råcksta, Stockholm. In otherwords, you will have a separate room and bathroom & toilet. Rental Period: Minimum rental period is 6 months with the posibility to extension. What is included/Furnished with the following: 1 Single Bed Desk/Reading table Shelving Independent key Standalone wardrobe Things we share: Kitchen Cutlery & kitchenware(You don't have to bring your own unless you want to) Washing Machine & Dryer(We do share) Outdoor space: For grilling or for smoking if you do smoke Rent: SEK 5800/month The following is included in the rent: Electricity Bills Free Wifi Electricity Water
