Hello. I am hoping to rent out my room for 2 months as I plan to travel. If only something even shorter term works for you (only 1 month) then this is also ok. The apartment is on floor 4 and the room I'm renting out is 16m2 in size with built in wardrobe space, desk and a 120 bed. The location is incredibly convenient as it's a short 10 min walk to central station and 1 minute away is Caroli shopping centre with an Ica Kvantum and Lidl as well as a gym (Nordic Wellness). There is one other people living here so the space will be shared with her (kitchen and bathroom, you will have your own private toilet) I am looking for an orderly, respectful and tidy tenant. If you think this is you, do get in touch. This needs to be a fast agreement :)
