One room for ONE person within an apartment with 3 three rooms. The apartment consists of 3 rooms and a SHARED kitchen/bathroom and living room a total of 70 sqm. The room is in a house near Påvelund sports center. It is about 400 m to the bus and tram station, and 25 min to downtown. Included in the rent is one room with all furniture as a bed, wardrobe, desk, and furniture for common areas and kitchen appliances, including a washing/drying machine. Heating/electricity and waste are included in the rent. High-speed broadband is also included at the price of 6500 SEK / month.
