We’re looking for a new roommate to join our collective in the heart of Malmö. *About the apartment* The apartment is located near Caroli mall and is very spacious, over 120 sqm, with three large bedrooms, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small guest room for visitors. There’s one bathroom and a small toilet. The ceilings are high, and the big windows let in plenty of natural light. The apartment is on the third floor. The building has an elevator and a space outside for bikes. *Rent details* * Room: 5,533 SEK + electricity (heat, water, and Wi-Fi included) * Move-in date: March 1st (some flexibility) *About us* I’m a 26-year-old Brazilian-Spanish student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Climate Change. I’m usually out studying during the day and enjoy activities like book clubs, thrifting, and visiting exhibitions. Jennifher is 33, Swedish, and studies business while working part-time. She often studies from home during the week and works at night on weekends. She loves cooking, traveling, and dancing. We speak English at home *About you* We’re looking for a woman or non-binary person who’s looking for a long-term home. Ideally, someone over 25 who is studying or working. We really value a roommate who is responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, someone who enjoys a sense of community and wants to help make this place feel like home.
