**Long term, Lund – 2 rooms in shared accommodation (female tenants)** I am a landlord with two properties in Lund where I rent out furnished rooms in shared accommodation. The houses are located in a calm and pleasant area with very good connections, about 1 km from LTH (Faculty of Engineering) and Lund University School of Economics and Management. Two rooms are now available in the same apartment: **Room 87.21 and Room 87.24 – available from July 1, 2026 until June 30, 2027** Please note that these are fixed contract dates. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with three other female tenants. Each room has its own refrigerator and dedicated pantry storage in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. There are also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The accommodation is suitable for someone who appreciates a calm and respectful living environment. **Rental period:** July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 (This is a fixed rental period. Possibility to extend with a new one-year contract.) **Rent:** 5,050 SEK/month Includes furniture, WiFi, electricity, water, and bed linen. **Additional:** • Deposit: 1 month’s rent • One-time cleaning fee: 500 SEK (at the end of the stay) **Location:** Situated in a green and quiet area with good public transport, a grocery store nearby, and cycling distance to the university.
