Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into my room in a lovely collective from July onwards!!! If living in a big collective house with a garden AND having your own bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom to return to sounds good to you, then this might be the right house for you! The apartment would be shared with just another one roomate. Other positives include: - Your own dishwasher (!!!) and washing machine - Located right next to Stadsparken, on Östgötagavägen - A well-kept garden (with a greenhouse!) - The fun that comes with living as a community with people from all around the world Your semi-furnished room would be available from 1/7 and rent is 6,950kr per month - this includes electricity, water, wifi, trash pick-up, and gardening services! There is a deposit of 10,000kr that will be returned to you when you eventually move out. I am also looking for someone to buy my bed (+ mattress and sheet) for a discounted price! Fyi, the room comes without a desk, and I did not put one because I was not in need, but there is definitely enough space to host one! I hope to hear from you lovely people!
