Hey! I am looking for someone to share my current apartment since my other roommate changed countries recently. About the apartment: The apartment is 53sqm and has two bedrooms, one living room with a french balcony a very cozy couch and a piano :) I am not sure what is the exact size of the room I'm renting so I put an estimate of 10sqm. There is a bathroom and a kitchen. The room you will be renting is the one shown in the pictures, you can decorate it any way you desire. Since the room is small there is storage space in the entrance which will belong to you so you can more easily store your things. The area in which the apartment is situated is very lovely. T-bana is 7min walking (Abrahamsberg station) or 10min walk to Brommaplan. Supermarkets are close by. There is also a big garden just next to the apartment. The rent is 3451kr/month. (Blocket adds an extra fee but we don't need to rent through Blocket). There is an additional fee of 169kr per month which is the internet. Otherwise everything else is included. There is a common laundry, common sauna, and common "hobby" room. The move out date is unfortunately 31 of October without the possibility for extension, I will also have to move out this date. About me: I am a visual artist from Portugal currently living in Stockholm. I want to share the apartment with someone who is kind, understanding and fun. I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently and a very basic Swedish. I love to cook and share food with others and often invite friends over for dinners, hang outs, jam sessions. I am respecting of your space and needs and hope the same from you. I am more at home at the end of the day or weekends. This is a safe queer/Lgbt+ space. I don't tolerate any type of discrimination.
