Koggens Gränd

My current co-tenant is leaving at the end of May, and I am looking for someone to take their place and rent one of the bedrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment in Västra Hamnen. It comes with its own private bathroom. The apartment is 106 sq meters. Two bathrooms. Two balconies. The bedroom has its own French balcony. There is an additional, ~10 square meter balcony for the living room. Living room and kitchen are shared. Same with various other appliances: -washing machine -drier -dishwasher -oven -stove -vacuum cleaner There are two fridges, each with its own freezer, so you can have your own fridge. All costs are included in the rent (heating, electricity, internet). I am a father. My son may sometimes comes to visit about 2 hours between 17:30 and 19:30. He may sometimes sleep over one night (Friday to Saturday). This is irregular and rare. Ability to speak at least basic English is very important, otherwise we won't be able to understand each other. Unfortunately, I am not fluent in Swedish.
