Description

Recently renovated flat in the separate basement of the house / villa with its own external entrance, consisting of two small rooms (bedroom and living/work room), small and large hall for additional storage, own kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry room. Preferrably for one person, like a student or commuter to CPH or Lund. Initially for 2,5 months with possibility of extending to the end of the year or longer. Electricity not included in the rent and will be charged extra based on actual consumption. Private carpark for 2 large cars, large shed for bicycles. Large yard and garden free to use. Location: Close to Hyllie, Triangeln Mobilia, walking distance to Willys Hemma and X-Tra. Bus no. 2 takes you to Triangeln in 10-12 minutes. 12-15 minutes to Malmö University on bicycle. The move in date is preliminary and might be several days later or earlier.
