There’s also a shared deck on the backside overlooking green woods. The room is furnished with bed 90 cm, wardrobe, desk and chair and view over backside terrace. It’s important that you enjoy co-living and understand that shared living comes with a sense of responsibility of the house and respect of fellow tenants and neighbours. Smoking is not allowed in the house and no pets. Water, electricity and wifi/broadband is included in the rent. The row house is in a nice residential area with a grocery store nearby, recreation area, forest and shopping facilities close by in Kungens Kurva/Skärholmen. Buses to Huddinge, Karolinska Hospital and Södertörn and Fruängen takes 15 minutes. Commuter train within walking distance from Stuvsta Station. The train takes 15 minutes to Stockholm city.
